Bill,
Will tomorrow's game be televised?

Also, is anyone really standing out to you so far?

Thanks

If these three aren’t together, Hakstol isn’t doing it right.

Patrick

And if we're lucky, Misha has a good camp and rides it to a 3C position, knocking laughton to line4

No TV. Radio broadcast (can listen on Flyersradio247.com or 97.5 The Fanatic) or the Islanders may stream it (region-blocked).

The JVR-Patrick-Voracek line looked good on Day 1 and better on Day 2. Lindblom is having an excellent camp so far. Myers did well in one-on-one drill against Giroux yesterday. Giroux has his swagger back and is perhaps the best physical condition of hos his career. Vorobyev has looked good. Frost has been making silky passes all camp.

Just happy to have an actual hockey game today, one I can watch tomorrow and we're one day closer to the games that count.

GO FLYERS!

Really liking that lineup for the first preseason game. Get to see how NoPa first offseason went and focus on all the young guys battling for a spot.

Also digging Hart is out, hoping he plays with and against some NHL veterans in the preseason.

Obviously word out of camp has been a lot of talk about offseason conditioning and going beyond the normal, is that being emphasized by the team or are players taking their own initiative?

Either way it's great to see. A friend who attended practice was really impressed by both Giroux and Patrick. He said that Giroux looks faster than ever and in mid season form and that Patrick also looked faster and that his puck skills really stood out.

He also mentioned that Frost's passes seem to all be right on the tape and he was extremely impressed with Myers. He said the kid is huge and can really skate and he defended very well in all the drills.

Can't wait for the season to start!

Interesting the shape that giroux came back in. Seems like he found himself a good woman that’s setting his ass straight

I didn't get to stay long, but Myers did stand out. I think he realizes he has a legit shot with AMac out and is really going for it.

Really encouraging, the upbeat vibes and great conditioning coming from summer training. Love the obvious emphasis on PK in camp pairings and drills and the willingness from coaches to give different players like TK a chance to help the team in this area. Hak covered this topic in his interview with Myrtetus yesterday.

Elliott looked good in the 5v2 drills, didn't look hampered at all. Couturiers also was moving better than I'd hoped. Was trying to key in on the D though.

Great to hear G coming into camp in great shape. The kids need to see that from their leadership. You have the kind of season G had last year it can be motivating.

NoPa ready to go is really going to help that second line. Pretty excited to see how it goes with Jake and JVR. That line could really take off if it pops.

Not sure what they are going to do on D yet. When Morin is ready to come back they are going to have some tough choices to make. Matter of fact. Even when Mac gets back.

Morin will not be a “tough choice “. I don’t see him in the plan again this year unless there are multiple injuries.
